Default Insides of Tango Transformers

Folks,

I am looking for a picture of the insides of Tango transformers or information on how they are assembled - reason being I have to fix two units that were damaged in shipment.

The cover (can) has two small retaining screws that attach to some kind of bracket/clip on the base. Does anyone know if they are normally potted? Would the can lift straight up? There is continuity across all windings, but I am afraid of damaging them if I try to remove the cover which was damaged in transit.

TIA,

-- josé k.

Default Type number?

If you can show the type number, it would be easier to tell something about the inside construction.

Default Remove the side screws

I also have the transformers in my 801A single amplifier.
To remove the cover, just take off the side screws in your photo. Then you can remove the cover just pulling upward. You will find an internal bracket to fix the coil form without breaking any wirings and mechanical parts.

Good luck!
