I thinkn V1 might be a voltage controlled current source.
V2 seems to screen driven with external-insic feedback.

The 6DJ8 StackOdified MuFollower at the left shouldn't prove
much of a head scratcher. Driving 10K into the output stage's
Screen Driven A2 External-insic 4th Circuit Emulator network is
where my noodle really seems to get wrapped around a fork.
I am far from certain the values specified on the right side are
anywhere near optimal.

The part count at first glance does seem kinda high:
But on the other hand, only one component is a cap.
PSRR is probably as good as the constant current sinks.
And bias in both stages is auto-set by sunk current.
B+ design will be dirt simple.

A few of the parts I drew could easily be omitted:
24K that limits screen current in event of an arc...
1M just in-case the pot at the input has gritty spots...
50R degenerative feedback below the Stackode...
A whole mess of lossy ferrite beads...
