Custom OT for 6C33C tube - any advice

I am working on an amplifier prototype that I got from a friend. It is fitted with Hammond OT's that restrict the power to only 11 watts. Apparently with the correct OT one can get 18 watts from a single 6C33C tube...?

What would the figuers be that I must supply when I have a set of custom OTs made?

Something like this:

Primary impedance: 600 Ohms
Secondary impedance: 0-4-8 Ohms
Frequency range: 15 - 50K Hz
Output: 20W
DC current: 400mA (??)
Air gap ??

Several companies make transformers just for the 6C33 tube. The James JS-6130H should be what you are looking for.
