Default hummming YAHA

Hi, I just finished bulding a YAHA headphone amp it´s sounding great but theres a really anoying humm.

I´m using a 470uF output cap (electrolitic) a 3k9 ohm bleeder R and a 150 ohm output R. do get rid of the humm do I need to get a bigger cap, or will it go once the caps are burned???

Thank you,

Francisco
