Default leave a variac on all the time!

Hi,

I want to use it to lower the AC coming out of the wall outlet : 125 Volts to 115 volts.

Is there any problems with leaving it on ?

Thanks...

Yves

No problem. It's just an autotransformer and they get used in various 24/7 equipment quite often. Obviously it has to be rated for the load, and fused per recommendations.
