I need to rectify a 60khz 30kv(peak)@20ma(rms) square wave. What would happen to a 1G3 rectifier at these power levels? Anode melt?
I think this is a job for silicon. Just wanted to check. Thanks |

Thats beyond the voltage rating for pulse duty. Its also an order of magnitude beyond the average current limits. For the limited time it might work it will be making soft x-rays.
