OK,

So my understanding is this - and I think we are in agreement.

For the two channel power supply we have a total of -

2 x (47uf +47uf can caps) with both sections in each individual can connected in parallel making a total capacitance of approximately 2 x 94uf and

2 x (100uf + 100uf can caps) with both sections in each individual can also connected in parallel making a total capacitance of approximately 2 x 200uf.
