Typically you use a negative supply on the tail of a CCS acting as the load for a Cathode Follower....
Adjust for 0 volt out.....
The trick to keep the circuit locked in from drifting is closed loop feedback ......Output is DC sampled and sent to error amp to control the CCS grid....
