After having listened for a while...I have to admit...that the sound is no better that the op-amps..maybe even worse...actually ...it is worse.. :-(

Question is why? I suspect the main problem is that the different tubes do not have the same load to work into..as Brett suggested earlier. I connected it as in above schematic..Could this be the main culprit? Would this be solved if I loaded each output stage with 47k resistor and even the same cap.(will do this anyway and see for myself)..but still only take the output from one stage ofcourse.

Operating point not optimal? 3mA per tube. b+ is 320vdc so Vp should be around 116vdc.

Would appreciate any input on this...
