whats the max wattage 300b can produce? in push pull setup or other setup that can produce more wattage from the 300b? any hybrid 300b?

About 9W SE class A, double that for PP class A, maybe 35-40W AB1 and Jack Elliano reckons 50W in AB2.

I think those may have more to do with the speakers and room acoustics however, SE and PP amps do sound different. It comes down to personal taste.

This isn't going to help things, but I built both a PP and SE amp over the past 6 months..
I consciously like the PP more, but I guess subconsciously like the SE more.
On initial listening, I like the PP. It seems to have faster attack, more solid bass. But for some reason, I always end up going to the SE. I can listen to the SE all day long, and barely pry myself away from it. I get tired of listening to the PP amp, just like any S.S. amp Ive ever had.

Of course. My new speakers will be >102dB/W/m direct radiators and I plan on using highish power amps. I drove my Klipshorns with Pro PA amps for a while.

The Cerwin Vega E715 "Big box" loudspeaker is rated at 102 Db @ 1M...and 'rated' at 400 Watts.
That comes out to 126 Db @ 256 Watts.......Downright brutal.
