Motor run Caps Question

I located a suppler who stocks various motor run cap brands including GE 97F types which some builders prefer.

I am assuming there is little difference between brands for audio power supply use.

I am thinking about this right ?????

Hi,
some are electrolytic and some are metallised film.
I suspect there will be a difference between these families.

I've used a polypropylene motor run cap from Maplin Electronics, 30uF, made by LCR. Quite favourable results.

No love for the oil caps?

I've been using oil filled motor runs for a few years and they work just fine. I've used them in SE and PP amps with great results. The only drawback is their size.
