I would like to know if vacuumtubes.net is still in business.

I have sent out several e-mails last week but received no reply from them at all.

Whew! I was thinking I got scammed by a bogus company. It's the 1st. time I've ordered from them. Usually I get a confirmation Email when I order something; nothing, so I Emailed them; still nothing. I called and talked to a lady and the shipping dept. is supposed to call me back.

I ordered already lots of tubes there. Roy & Dale offer a top notch service. Always prompt replies and shipment. Safe packaging. Their SPAM filter might be the problem. Some of my mails once got caught in their SPAM filter. Maybe that's why you didn't get a response. Call them

I've ordered with them a couple of times. You place the order and nothing happens. Then a few days later a box shows up on your doorstep with tubes in it. It's not the usual game with order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc. But the couple of times I've bought from them they've delivered the goods.

i bought about 600 pcs of dollar tubes on about 4 occasions, all came through alright...
