Default Valves World question

Apart from the exceptionally neat construction, expensive valves, and never ending supply of Tamura and Tango output and power supply transformers , how does he get away with not even twisting heater wires and bunching cables together or am I missing something ?

My question would be: seeing as the amps are virtually bespoke builds, why don't they charge more? ! ?
