Does anyone know of good freeware/cheapware programs for point to point chassis layout?

I use gridded paper and pencil v1.0 which runs on most any human brain..

Sorry I couldn't resist, but I assume any good cad or drawing program - if you are looking for something with design rules I'm not aware of anything out there.

TubeCAD?

MultiSIM etc.

For full PCB design, but without sims, Protel 99SE or any of the Altium ones. Spit out Gerber files, plug those into your milling machine...A for away!!
