Calculating max Anode Voltage

Hello
The Powersupply of my amplifier generates 360VDC. The Anode of my original inputvalve is connected via 2x36kohm resistors. This Valve is specified to handle 250V. (ECC85)

Now i will try a tube with Va 130V. (ECC88)

How is this calculated? When there is no signal on the grid, there is no current floating from the power to the anode, and the anodevoltage will be 360V. To me 250V seems to be to little too...

Can someone explain this?
