Hello, all! I'm new here, but am excited to be. I'm working on somewhat of a long term project to build myself an amplifier. Well...I think I may build two and run them in stereo, but that's not my question. I want to take the circuit for a Marshall JM50 and downsize to micro tubes. Where do I start? I know there will be more to change than just the transformers. I'm looking for about 10 watts, but that's not the concern at this point. I'm just trying to get to where I know how to set up a circuit for specific tubes and/or speakers. I have a great book that is slowly ushering me toward that, but I need some pointers. Thanks!
