Default Another transformer question

Here is my schematic: here

My question is; does it matter which wire I connect where to the power supply from transformer 2? There are two wires coming out both look to be identical. The reason I ask is because the polarized capacitors are a certain way on one wire than the other. Does it matter?

No. it doesn't matter. There are no phase concerns here.
