Default Help with 6AQ5 schematics

Which of the following phase splitters would you choose for 2x6AQ5 push-pull amp?

How do I determine the resistors marked with "?".

Thank you.

Nevermind, I will use this following schematics and change the first gain stage to ECC83 or ECC88.

Re. first circuit alternatives: B+ is a little low to use the cathodyne / split-load. The LTP is therefore preferable.

With the LTP (as in second post) there will be enough gain for typical modern sources without the first input stage. You may consider a transistor CCS for the "tail" of the LTP.

Are yousure about omiting the first gain stage? What devices can have problem driving the poweramp without the first gain stage?

What is advantage of CSS over the tail resistor?

I went for the Paraphase splitter found at Fred Nachbaur's site. It was simple and has worked VERY WELL giving me many hours of pleasant musical experience (until I accidently shorted the outputs - but that's another story).
Due to economical cutbacks, the light at the end of the tunnel has to be switched off.
