..Have some red b. 5692 to measure \ test but can measure them in microhms only with a I -77- B
but need to know the value in mA . Is there a formula for it or a method of correspondance. Thank s very much Max |

I'm not sure what an I-77-B is (something like a CRM-114?), but I've measured a bunch of 5692. Just set them up with a two red LED string in the cathode, a CCS in the anode, 6-8mA of current, then check the gain and, if you have a soundcard, the distortion and noise. A schematic for the test jig can be found in an old post of mine, titled something like "SY gets jiggy."
