Caps in Voltage divider Heater Bias ?
I was looking at designs for a Preamp PS and came across one that has capacitors before the Voltage divider resistors that bias the heater voltage.
What is the purpose of the caps? Aid in Voltage stabilization? (guess) I must be learning....something. Ron
