Default which edition of Morgan Jones' books?

Hi,
I'm going to pick up Morgan Jones' books "Valve Amplifiers" and "Building Valve Amplifiers"

Which editions do y'all recommend?

Thanks.
john.

Buy the 3rd edition (the most recent) of "Valve Amplifiers", it is the most complete, and in this edition there is much elaboration as well as a great deal of interesting information.

There is to date only one edition of "Building Valve Amplifiers" so that's that!

That's right; all the tools, testing and constructional parts of the book are now to be found in expanded and enlarged form in Building Valve Amplifiers
