schematic diagram golden tube se40 for repair! help

Hello at all
i live in italy, my name is Attilio
I have need to repair my golden tube se40...but the problem is:
i don't know the point diod what value is... i have need schematic diagram for repair it... actually the bias don't is Adjustable because the value is out of the range(the potentiometer is at end rotation... the valve are 5881 tungsol.. and at the speaker(kef model four) out one continuos noise....
help me if is possible with the url of schematic diagram....
