Hi!

I need to design a good PSU for mic preamp.
B+ and heaters need to be regulated because that makes part of the sound.
PSU needs some kind of protection if any of it's components fail. This is very important.
It has to be based on SS devices because of small chasis.
I don't want fancy components or designs. I'm buying from Farnell.

B+ needs to be 290VDC/20-25mA.
Heaters need 6,3V/600-1000mA

Let me tell you about the circuit; it's based on EF86 input tube and E88CC output. There is 1:7 input and 7:1 output transformer.
I used good material like Solen caps for coupling, silver mica for the filters, big film caps for decoupling, transformers are Cinemag and so on.

So, what would you suggest me? I'm ok about heater, i take 317 and i'm done. I would like to have opinions about B+.

So far i found these circuits:

Thanks!
