1. Is a single c-L-C-L-C PS filter feeding B+ to both channels better than each channel having its own L-C?
Same total number of parts (and same values) on each configuration.
2. Any suggestions on battery bias with a 6c45pi? Type of battery? Size? Can I use a battery holder or should I solder directly to the +/- ?
Thanks in advance, Ed

I'm not claiming to be an expert but here's my $.02.
1- The single CLCLC filter, given the same components, will be a cleaner power supply. Much more ripple with a single CL filter.
2- I haven't done battery bias myself but in my younger days we had a couple tube radios that had battery bias. They had a battery holder and snap-on leads. They worked great as long as the battery held out.
