feedbackless interstage p-p kt88 amp

can someone comment this high cost diy amp. with tango interstage and tamura opt. heard that this is the best push pull power amp.

So far as this being "the best", I suppose that's a matter of preference. However, feedbackless it ain't. You have an ultralinear connection and feedback to the cathodes off the OPT. That's a lot of feedback.

the Tango NC-14 is for a current of 15 mA, ...

The primaries are in parallel so the transformer should be good for 30mA or the required 26mA.

I would guess that this should be an excellent sounding amp.

I can only imagine the amp would sound better still with 2E22 in the outputs!!

I got a pair tamura in hand and just need the interstage to build this amp.

I thing it's better to use a SE interstage...

By the way, I wouldn't trust a company that measures the impedance of their products with a digi-bridge!

I've never been entirely convinced that anyone can repeatedly make perfectly balanced p-p interstage transformers which in this case has to be to avoid thd at the higher frequencies. If it is so easy to make them, then it would be the obvious to use'em. Not quite so. Miller effect rules KT88's and not two are sim.

Where is the final amp performance spec (If I've missed it) ?
