whether this thailand made (I-311P) interstage better then tango nc14?
I-311P 3.0K 3.0K 1+1 : 1+1 15-80,000Hz 60 47 180 2A3, EL84(T), EL34(T) http://www.sacthailand.com./ Look at the test result. I got a pair tamura in hand and just need the interstage to build this amp. |

I thing it's better to use a SE interstage...
By the way, I wouldn't trust a company that measures the impedance of their products with a digi-bridge! |

I've never been entirely convinced that anyone can repeatedly make perfectly balanced p-p interstage transformers which in this case has to be to avoid thd at the higher frequencies. If it is so easy to make them, then it would be the obvious to use'em. Not quite so. Miller effect rules KT88's and not two are sim.
Where is the final amp performance spec (If I've missed it) ? richj |
