Bit of a mistake - replace those two full wave rectifiers at the top with diode bridges, it's a plain 230V secondary.

There have been several threads about including a diode in the plate-G2 connection, with most experienced designers agreeing it will definitely not make things better, and may in fact make things considerably worse (as in burnt G2).

I basically lifted that part straight from Poindexter's Musical Machine. I assume that if it hasn't burnt his screens, it probably won't burn mine, as long as the diode is pointing the right way
