They lay the audiophoolery hype on a bit thick, but from the description, I don't see anything that's technically horrible. Adding a driver between the first preamp and the LTP is a good idea since 6SL7s don't have much current sourcing capability, and 6SN7s operating as common cathode amps have quite a bit of Cmiller, and need the help if slewing distortion is to be avoided. It also seems that they go light on the gNFB. This, too, is a good idea since too much gNFB will make a VT amp sound rather "solid statey".
I would, however, prefer fixed bias and direct coupling over cathode bias. It's not asking too much of the end user to keep that in adjustment in exchange for the improved clipping behaviour and reduced distortion. I don't need to pay R39,500 for these since I roll my own for a lot less.
