Ultron was a German vendor, with a good reputation in its selections. I have several 6SN7s & 6SL7s branded by them and they are all best American crop. The ones in your picture, may well be G.E. Ultron was relabeling lots of Siemens & Valvo that they got 6V6s mainly from G.E. They look the part too IMHO.
