Heres my implementation of a Super Linear Buffer.
It went through a number of stages of development subsequent to this version, and is now a two stage preamp with gain. Works well, but works even better with higher rails.

Hi SHoog,

Will your circuit work without the +/- rails, e.g B+ at 100V and the mid-point at approx approx 51V?

Not without modification. You would need to add an input coupling cap and a voltage divider for bias reference.
The choice of 50V for the rails was so that I could use easily availble 35V transformers.
