Default Testing 5842 / 417a

Good day

I own a B&K 747 tube tester and it seem like it is unable to test

the 5842/417a.

Does anyone know how will i manage to do this?

Thanks in advance

No need, imho.

Can't recall ever getting a bad one!
(unless the glass is cracked)

Just put them in a circuit and go... you can select them based on performance in the circuit.
