FIVRE RRCF info needed

Hi Tubeheads,
i have recently picked up a pair of these gorgeous valves, i can't find any info about them.
They have a horizontal assembly and getter flash at the ends of the assembly. Both valves have the same number and were accepted by or property of the ministry of finance.
The date is 2 nov 1942
Any help greatly appreciated.

P.S someone has written RE074 on the box seal, but it don't look like one of them, maybe it means equivalent to ?

thanks very much for that, i may try these in place of the Ba's in my Cleo pre. shouldn't be too much trouble
