Two and a half years later my JE labs 2A3dx is finished the only problem was one resistor went open circuit . I would just like to thank those that have answered my questions and those that posted questions that solved a lot my problems it sounds beautiful with hum I can only hear with my ear beside the speaker.

Thank you very much Kevin , Jeb-D and blindsjc for your generous comments most people I know think I am a bit mad ,but not in a bad way just a bit eccentric for doing this . I am machinist by trade but have been working as a carpenter for the last 20 years . The base is American black walnut , cherry, and Queensland silver ash trim on the top and tulip wood knobs.
