Default Need help for Eico 1030 regulated power supply

I just got a Eico 1030 regulated power supply but without the schematic or any doc. The C- and the 6.3VAC all work fine, but the high voltage output doesn't. No matter what I do, it is always -2.2V, yes, -ve 2.2 Can someone give me some advice how to trouble shoot the problem?

Thanks,

I found the circuite at http://jlandrigan.com/
it's about half way down the page in either a
bmp or pdf format. Have fun!

Check very carefully for cold solder joints on the tube sockets and elsewhere as this was a kit.

The schematic should provide sufficient information to get you started.
This Eico design is actually not all that different from some of the earlier Heath models and a trouble shooting guide from one of them might or might not be helpful.

You should replace all of the electrolytics in this thing, should be available from tubesandmore.com (AES) as well as Mouser or Digikey.

Check the rectifier and pass tube, and error amp voltages after verifying that their filaments all light up. Verify that the 0A2 and 0B2 are lighting up. (A failed 6AU6 filament usually results in lots of high voltage at the output.)

Thanks a lot for the schematic and advise.
The schematic is going to be a life saver!! One thing that I noticed was the 0B2 didn't light up. Even though it was checked out fine in the tube tester, I am going to replace it to see it makes a difference. Kevin, you're right, it is very similar to the Healthkit's product. I was studying the Healkit IP-32 schematic as a reference prior to my first post. Something is better than nothing

It is kind of funny that I bought this power supply to help trouble shoot a potential power supply problem of Shoog's FVP5 clone preamp, but then I have to fix this first
