Ciao
I'd like to add a (simple, really simple, outrageously simple) soft start to my PSU. It's a 866As full wave into LCLC, and it is slamming my SS CCS with 900V. The same tranny gives B+ and rectifiers filament voltage. Any hint? I am not giving the MV rectifiers away, I love them. Gianluca |

Insert a CL150 inrush current limiter between the rectifier cathodes and the PSU filter.

Line voltage and a few passive parts is all you need.
