Default cheap and usable for 1K p-p iron?

custom xformers laying around - ~11lb, M6, 1K p-p - is there anything other than ppp HOT to make an ok "something"? IIRC 2 & 8 ohm taps had the widest small signal bandwidth - might not be enough inductance to put ~8 on 2 (?) spec supposed to be 40H

A nice little p-p 6336, 6C33, or 6528 could be just the ticket.

Yeah, give to Geek for proper disposal

But seriously.... Don't underestimate 40H. If you run under the transformer's rated power, you can extend the lows pretty far. Example, I have a 2 watt SET using a transformer rated for 15W at 70Hz. At 2 watts, she goes to 24Hz F3 and 17Hz, F6

Cheers!
