Russian L3-3 tube tester

I've got a Russian L3-3 tube tester. The problem is that I don't have the English version service manual and without it is impossible to operate it.

Does anyone know this one and advise where can I get the English version operation manual for this tube tester.

I've the same tube tester, a bunch of perforated cardboard and a brief article of explanation in Italian.

It is a really complete and powerful tester, a little boring to usying when a new tube must be tested and there is no equivalent perf. cardboard available.
