Simplest Tube Regulated PSU?

Without starting an argument about the need or otherwise for a regulating the PS of headphone amp, the best approach would be a parallel regulator with a suitable series resistor, either using series zeners across the output or using the tube with a zener in its cathode and a voltage divider to its grid across the output.
 
I also have some 6080 I would like to use. Plus I have some voltage reference tubes 5651 it would be good to use. I found this schematic but any comments would be appreciated.
