Yes, but consider tying the first and the last primary sections in parallel (those who have 537 turns), and then in serie with the middle one (1075 turns) the neat result will be a 1600 turns primary.
That being (2149 / 1600) = 1.34 : 1 of the original turn ratio or, squared 1.8 : 1 impedance ratio.
And 6000 / 1.8 = 3333 :D
Very near of your target !

So you obtain your dual impedance OPT ;)
