Silvertone (Sears) stereo amp

Im a little late to the party but I have one of those silvertones also. Mine came out of a console and the remainder.. well, thats history.

I have kept it for a tube amp project down the road. Down the road meaning when I have the time to learn what and how I need to deal with it. Its all greek to me at this point.

If anyone is still interested in this amp, I have the schematic. It's an interesting power supply circuit. From 177v in with 2 diodes they get 310v to the output transformer center tap.

Topologically the same, some of the values differ, hatrline’s uses SS rectifiers.
