Say you are biamping. Your first amp has 2 capacitively coupled stages, the output would be 180 degrees from the input. The second has three capacitively coupled stages, the output would be 360 degrees from input. Will this be audible?

I don't think capacitors introduce much phase shift at all away from the region they roll off

What exactly is the problem ?
The effect of the 180° phase shift of the Anode/Collector/Drain Follower or the phase shift effect of a capacitor ? forget aboutr the last one. A few µm of inbalance in the paralleling of the Speaker coils will have a greater effekt.
