Just a quick question, do you connect the negative output of the speaker to the ground star?
I mean the negative side of the output transformer (decondary)

Yep, I usually have multiple stars- speaker terminals, input terminals, cathodes, grid resistors, and power supply stars. These are all then brought together at one place. No hum!
