The 6P43P-E is sale as a EL84 equivalent.
I can use this tube in a EL84 amp with no modifications ? Aldovan

It doesn't appear so, at least not by the triode curves:

6P14P-E-B or V is a direct replacement and readily available on eBay from several vendors in the Ukraine. I've had good luck with the ones I purchased this way. They're quite close to the 7189 in terms of ruggedness and will replace most if not all EL84 out there.

In my Russian book on tubes and amps to build with (mostly) Russian tubes, there's a not about the 6P43P saying that it is equivalent to but sonically better than 6P14P/EL84.
