Jack, here is what I've been using. For the grid-stoppers, the value will depend on your layout and the particular resistors, but 1k should be safe. I used 300R. The lower bias resistor will set the current- for the batch of DN2540 I have, 120R gave me 20mA, 300R gave me 10mA.

The resistors around the MOSFETs are 2.4K and, the diodes are 18V Zener. The resistor in the source sets the current. The value of this resistor must be found empirically because the characteristics of the MOSFETs vary from lot to lot.
