Jack, here is what I've been using. For the grid-stoppers, the value will depend on your layout and the particular resistors, but 1k should be safe. I used 300R. The lower bias resistor will set the current- for the batch of DN2540 I have, 120R gave me 20mA, 300R gave me 10mA.
