Default Output stage biasing, with the driver stage

Have I got this figured right?

The idea is that since balance in the P-P transformer is determined by 'all other things being equal' then the driver stage for the output tubes needs to be looked at too, and if I can loose a coupling cap too then great

Also am I correct in thinking that sharing a single reference voltage between both the output tubes will promote balance in the output transformer?

Finally, this is limited to class A operation I know but it was drawn to get the idea down, which might be perfectly common....

Thanks for any pointers in advance.

[Edit] forgot to add that the basic layout for the output servo is lifted from an original by Andy Nehan published in Glass Audio in '93 - any errors are all my own though.
