Default ok, help me out here......

i could have sworn i saw it here somewhere, but i've searched and can't find a schematic i saw recently for an OTL amp using a 6L6 tube, with the grid as the output element......

I have never seen one with a 6L6, but anything is possible. The usual suspects for this stuff are a bunch of high current triodes in parallel.

tnx....... i guess this beast draws lots of grid current
when i saw this there was an operational description of it connected with it....... i knew i should have bookmarked it......

Dig around some more on his web site it is on there somewhere. Look for inverted operation, inverted mode or something like that. I remember reading it several years ago.
