According to the Tamura transformer catalog. http://www.tamura-ss.co.jp/catalog/pdf/C-1005-13.pdf
F7001 is Permalloy cores and F5002 is Amorphous core. They are both 3K, 8W.

Check the selling price in here. http://www.hino-audio.co.jp/03/tamura.html
F7001 is 38120 yen. F5002 is 58260 yen.

Can the price tell you the different?
Also the frequency response, F7001 is 15-60K. It is pretty good. F5002 is 10-100K. F5002 is a well known the best transformer for 300B. So, I think Amorphour cores is better. My main concern is lundahl can handle this new material good or not.
