Default tv damper diodes

how to pick?

why 6ax4 over a 6au4? or why used that russian one?

any criteria? assuming current/voltage requirements are within specs of all diodes.

I,m looking at using tv diodes ,they all vary .
I found the 6CJ3 or 6CH3 are the ones to use large numbers a hard to get in the same value because there electrical values differ .
