Default Driver tube for Tubelab SPP?

Hello.
I am planning to build a Tubelab SPP amp and I have also bought the pcb, but the information is a bit limited. I think I've read all about this at Tubelab, but can not find any information about the driver-tube (input stage)?
Can this also use a choke and a motor-capacitor to improve the sound?
Where can I find more information?

Hope someone can help me.

Driver tube for Tubelab SPP?
Roger,

Driver tubes are 12AT7 - you will need 2 of them.

IIRC choke is not a must with this design; the Tubelab SE and SSE benefit more from a choke instead of the resistor.

Here's the SPP thread:

I found it very helpful.

I used the C-14X Choke and a Temco 100uF Oil Filled Motor Run Cap on my SPP.
The input is a 12AT7, I have found that I really like the 6414 in this application for my SPP.
