There are many other options. digikey has a spot on the search page where you put in the quantity you want, that filters out the minimum quantity needed.
For a choke, I like the Triad C-14X, which I hide under the chassis. It's cheap and it works.

I am using Edcor CXSE25-5K @ 8 ohm OPT and an Allied 6K7VG Power transformer, And the tubes are EH KT88 (I will roll some others also) I am not using the FREDS, and am using a JJ Electronics T-12AT7 Vacuum Tube ECC81 for pre-amp. TEMCo Motor Run Capacitor, I would also like to run a feedback switch, Mode Switch once I get it running.
I will be using this to power my Klipsch Cornwall 100db speakers.

Looks like the chokes are very similar and both would work. I have the triad choke and it works well. GZ-34 and 5ar4 are the same tube as far as I know. I have a cheap Chinese 5ar4 that I got for about $10 and it's worked fine for 2 plus years. I have the same Allied power transformer and it will put out way too much voltage for those 6v6gts. I would suggest instead some jj el34s for the "get it started and going before you blow up the expensive kt88s". That's what I did and they can stand 480 volts plus with 680 ohm cathode resistors and 470ish with 560 ohm. That's what I started with along with a jj 12at7. I now have some "expensive" kt88s in it along with a rca black plate 12at7. I think the jj el34s were about $12 each when I got them.

Is that a resistor or something I would need to swap out before I installed the jj el34s. And then would I have to swap it out again to put in the KT88's?

The cathode resistor sets the bias point of the tube. Tube dissipation is based completely on the bias point. George explains this on the tubelab site. There is a chart showing various levels of distortion, harmonics, damping factor and other things based on the bias point posted on the site. You need to understand this chart before you proceed.

Ok so I did some soldering today with my new soldering station and I really like it. Aoyue 937+ Pro Series 45...and I really like it. Please take a look at what I've completed so far and give me some feedback please.
