Tubes Used in the SPP Amp

I want to verify the tubes used in the SPP amp are the following:

4 - 6BQ5
2 - 12AT7 or 12AX7
1 - 5U4GB

Aside from the output tubes, I have not been able to find any information about the other tubes in this forum or on the Tubelab website.

The documentation for the SPP is inadequate when you compare it to the SE or SSE notes.
